This version fits caster mount plates that are 4-1/2"W x 6-1/4"L with bolt hole pattern of 2-7/16" x 4-15/16" to 3-3/8" x 5-1/4".
Swivel lock bolts behind onto the caster mount plate with the same hardware used to mount the caster itself.
