Excellent Service from SMART DEALS NOW, called and e-mailed the next day after order to verify color choice and give tracking/shipping information. Shipping company called the day after that to schedule delivery. This model crated is about 250lbs.Assembly is easy, even if your not mechanically inclined, the assembly instructions are terrible, if you need help search YouTube for videos "TaoTao atv assembly", there are plenty out there to help you. Thanks to those who post those videos!First, find the battery and fill it with supplied acid, put on supplied charger and don't install until light turns green on charger. While battery is charging assemble racks, front guard, handle bars, fender flares and wheels. Use grease on the spindles before putting the wheels on, only tighten wheels until they are snug and then turn the castle nut over (tighter) just until it lines up with a hole and put the cotter pin in (don't overtighten, just want them definitely snug). DO AN ALIGNMENT before you drive, (YouTube "string method for alignment" if you don't know how to do this, it's very simple and only takes 5-10 minutes) my alignment was off by 1 1/4 at the wheels and the handle bars were turned at 11 o'clock. Again, very easy adjustment. Only about 8 bolts I had to put on did not have lock nuts, so I applied medium strength (blue) thread locker to them to ensure they don't vibrate loose. Use 91 or higher Octane Fuel (it's recommended by the manufacturer, burns cleaner in the motor and reduces pre-detonation), In MHO recommend using Sta-bil (fuel stabilizer) at all times in small engines to help keep everything clean, it's cheap insurance. Remember, any gunk in the carburetor/engine or having bad gas is an exaggerated problem in small engines. DON'T run the engine with the oil in the motor that comes with it, you must drain the oil and refill with non-synthetic for the first run (break in period of 30-60 minutes), then change the oil again to get out the small metal shavings that are caused in the break-in period, I didn't have a whole lot of shavings, so I did a second "break-in" and changed the oil again, still very little. After the break in period oil change is when you can switch to synthetic. I use Rotella 15w40 in all my ATV's, for the price it's one of the best oils on the market with the right viscosity for small engines. After your first run double check the tightness of bolts/nuts and chain.ATV is pretty quiet! Does not come with flag or flag pole.I'm 6' and 195lbs, this little 110cc motor still gets after it with me on it! Couldn't be happier for the price!Bought this for my nephew for Christmas of 2019 and he has put a LOT of miles on it. I changed the sprockets and chains for a deeper reduction (slower top end but more take off) and it vastly improved the machine. Have had to make a few small weld repairs but the engine has been running great the entire time. He has wrecked it a few times but it has surprisingly held up well. I'm not at all disappointed in the decision given the price point. The assembly wasn't hard but it was somewhat annoying and took longer than anticipated due to very poor instructions. LOTS of sharp corners left on brackets and welds, even a few pieces of tagged welding wire left to poke you.Smartdeals has excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase through them. My problems were with things that were not in their control.I bought one ATV here and another from a somewhat local (80 miles away) dealer already assembled. I just could not get TAO TAO products shipped to me without damage. Only one finally made it through. Assembly only took a couple of hours. Plenty of Youtube videos on these things.TAO TAO ATVs are not the quality of a Honda ATV. Don't expect it with the low price. You are going to have to tinker with it to get things running smoothly. These are great beginner ATVs but the kids will outgrow them in a few years, so I did not want to spend a huge amount of money on them.I have two grandchildren (9 and 11) who have been riding them and love them. I like the fact you can easily adjust the throttle with a screw driver to keep the speed down. They also have some safety features I didn't expect. A remote shut off parental control. It also has a shut off plug with cord that you can clip to the child and if they fall off the plug being pulled kills the engine.I have read some reviews that complain they break down after a week of use, that may happen. So far we have not had any issues. The parts for these are so cheap I can't imagine any repair being very expensive. If you want 100% reliable, a purring engine, butter smooth shifting, quality workmanship drop some serious dough and buy a Honda. These are a little fussy, clunky shifting, clanky, ATVs. I like them for what they are.
