It came put together all you have to do is put the lining in. Which is easy it velco's around the frame. It stays velco so far. You have to attach the pole holders, which is easy, there are slots on the back of them that you slid over a bolt and it locks in place. Plus you have to put the handle on, which is really easy, just insert two pins and has three lengths the handle can be adjusted. You will need to put the wheels on which is easy, the rims are made of plastic and the tires are big. I could see if have cart in 100 degree weather for a long period of time the rims might get deformed. I;m looking into getting smaller tires as I don't use it for surf fishing, I use it for pier fishing. Now to fold it as much as yo can. You need to take off the handle, and the pole holders every time, may seem like a pain, but only takes a few mins. Then side rails fold down , table in back folds down, the bottom folds down and now frame is folded flat and two big tires. I have a 2015 Kia forte it fits in the back seat but it taks up much of the back, I folded down the back seats and loaded the cart in the trunk handle side first, it fits but like I said the tires are big so i suggest small tires, would make it a lot easier. The liner seems to be of tough material, has place for bucket and has a small table that is sturdy enough to cut bait on, and has a slot to hold knife in. Overall so fall no complaints. Oh ya to unfold it you have to pull a pin to unlock eacvk things takes few seconds, then put pole holders on and attach the handle, now if you have a truck you won't need to brake it down each time. It's way better then using a wagon..
